Overflow Energy was founded in 2008 in the Texas panhandle oil patch of Ochiltree county where our legacy midstream systems continue to operate.
Over the years we expanded operations to Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Overflow's independent local and focused executive team has over 100 years of experience combined of innovation and leadership in the energy services and water management sector.
Today the headquarters office remains in the Top of Texas.
Through our various water management resources and systems, we provide sustainable and economical solutions tailored to the individual needs of each producer.
From Inception We've:
Andarko Areas:
Developed and completed water gathering and injection solutions in the Anadarko areas of Texas and Oklahoma that are still operated today.
There are a total of 63 operated facility systems.
STACK & SCOOP:
Created an extensive produced water management system in the STACK and SCOOP of Oklahoma that included nearly 100 miles of pipeline and 23 salt water disposal facilities with permitted capacity of more than 4000,000 barrels per day with 30 plus delivery points.
This asset was divested in late 2022.
Midland Basin:
Constructed a Midland Basin water management system for producers in 2015 that currently manages 100,000 barrels of water per day.
Our footprint has now expanded in the Permian to consist of assets in Midland, Howard, Martin and surrounding counties. At the end of 2024 we are projecting a management takeaway of 500,000 barrels of water per day in the Permian Basin.
